Biography
Syed Javed Kaisar was appointed by Syed Mustafa Kaisar via registered deed and assumed the responsibility of Mutawalli of the Anowaruddin Wakf Estate in 2021, succeeding his father, Syed Mustafa Kaisar.
He served as Mutawalli from 2021 to 2024, forming part of the continuous line of stewardship established by Moulvi Syed Anowaruddin.
In 2024, Syed Javed Kaisar resigned from the position and appointed Mohammed Naif Ali as his successor via registered deed, entrusting him with the continuing administration of the Estate.
